Warranty termsEvery used phone is graded by visual condition. Functionality, warranty and box contents are identical across all three grades — only the looks and the price change.
Grade A — 9.5 out of 10
Visually indistinguishable from new. No marks on the body or screen, and the condition is natural — no polishing or rework. Battery health above 90%.
Grade B — 8 out of 10
Light, fine wear on the frame that a case covers completely. Battery 88–99%. The most popular choice: 150–200 ₾ less than grade A.
Grade C — 6 out of 10
Noticeable marks on the body, flawless screen. If looks are secondary, it's the cheapest route to an original flagship. Online installment isn't available on grade C — it's bought in store or by arrangement with an operator.

The warranty doesn't cover mechanical damage, liquid damage or repairs by an unauthorised service. Even after it expires we won't leave you alone — we'll always help where we can.
