Used devices

🔧 Warranty period: 6 months
🔁 Exchange period: 1 week (only if a manufacturing or functional defect is found)
🛠️ Repair service: 6 months
💻 Software support: 6 months

New devices

🔧 Warranty period: 1 year
🔁 Exchange period: 1 week (only if a factory defect is found or the device is faulty)
🛠️ Repair service: 1 year
💻 Software support: 1 year

Please note:

• The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, liquid exposure, or problems caused by improper use.

• Software support includes fixing system errors but does not cover unofficial modifications made by the user.

• To make a warranty claim, you must keep the warranty card
