Return Policy

Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the product within 14 calendar days of purchase.

Return conditions:

1. The product must be undamaged, intact, and in its original condition.

2. All included items, the packaging, and the receipt/proof of purchase must be retained.

3. The product must show no signs of use.

Return process:

• Contact us by email or phone to register your return request.

• We will provide you with instructions and the address to which the product should be sent.

• Once the product has been received and its condition confirmed, the refund will be credited to your account within 5 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are not refunded in the event of a return (unless the reason for the return is our fault).

• Certain products (for example, hygiene items or custom-made orders) cannot be returned.
